Cephx superimposition tools allow you to easily follow up on your patient’s treatment, measure growth, teeth movement and more.

Cephx can superimpose more than 2 cephs from different stages using AI algorithms.

In the first step, you upload a patient as usual. Click on New Patient, fill in the patient information and upload a ceph image. Go back to the patient list-click on the patient's name once in order to highlight it in blue. On the upper toolbar, click on new stage.

You can update the age of the patient and select the treatment phase. Then upload the second ceph and once both stages are processed you will find them in the patient list. The first stage has a plus sign next to it. Clicking on the + sign will open a drop-down.

Click on “Superimposition” button in the top tool bar.

Stages:

"Edit Stage"- enables you to edit the cephalometric image, adjust landmarks, scale and more. For more information please refer to this article.

"Background stage"- select the stage you would like to view in the background.

Other columns:

"Options"- You can change the view settings according to your preferences.

"Stage Name"- You have entered the stage name when you added the patient.

"Show stage" - You can view or hide the tracings.

"Color"- Select a color for each stage and click on “choose”.

Movement and rotation:

Select the stage for editing.

Scale the ceph by moving the bar left or right then “Save Scale”.

Simply move or rotate the ceph using the arrows. You can move the ceph In a straight line or at an angle.

For your convenience, you can select the rotation angle and the alignment.

You can add custom alignments, choose alignment points, the alignment plane can be changed by the drop-down menu.

Sketch:

Custom distance measurements can be calculated via the sketch option.

Choose the color of your line

Click on the first and last points on the ceph – a line will be marked and measured.

You can create up to five different color measurements.

Overlay:

In the overlay screen, you can move groups of points as a unit

"Superimposition report"- You can customize the report, choose the alignment you would like for each image: Full face superimposition, Maxilla and the Mandible.

"Save" the default layout.

Select the stages order you want to view in the report and "Download report".

"Save as"- you can save\download the superimposition image as PDF, Jpeg or save it on the Server.
