Our AI algorithms are capable of tracing over 95% of cases within a few seconds. Some results however, require manual revision by our team for a variety of reasons, including poor image quality, obscured landmarks, and missing calibration rulers. We make our best effort to review these cases as soon as possible, but naturally this process can take a little longer.
