Cephx allows the management of your patient's images in one place. All your data is secured and stored safely in the cloud. Your data is backed up continually on a daily basis for medico-legal compliance and ongoing treatment plans.
With the “Photo Manager,” you can upload a bulk of images for your patients and set them in their dedicated categories.
The "Imaging Templates" tool allows you to classify the images in customized templates.
Photo Manager
To access the Photo Manager, select and highlight the patient’s name. The option will then appear on the left-hand side.
The Photo Manager offers three main features:
Image Gallery: Browse all images that have been uploaded for the patient.
Upload Images: Add new images directly from your computer.
View Templates: Arrange and view images using ready-made templates.

Note: The system automatically identifies and classifies images using AI, but you can manually change the classification if needed.
Edit Image (Pencil):

Primary Checkbox:
Mark this image as the Primary image for the patient, especially helpful if there are multiple images of the same type (e.g., two cephalometric X-rays).
