Cephx AI algorithms automatically detect cephalometric landmarks in just a few seconds and provide an accurate cephalometric tracing.
If you would like to validate the landmarks, you can simply edit and update the tracings with the editing tools.
How does it work?
From the Patient List, select the desired patient by clicking on their name once. The row will be highlighted in blue.
Under the 2D Actions column, click the Trace button.
You will be redirected to the Tracing page.
On this page, you have further options to edit your Cephalometric.
Point locator - allows you to move your cursor over the traced cephalometric image and view an enlarged version of the traced image displayed to the right.
Filters & Tools - you have several tools available: Invert/Revert, Brightness/Contrast, Edit Picture, Pan, RB Zoom.
Landmarks - it allows you to select specific points on the Ceph to edit. It is possible to drag the point or select the point in the “Select Group”.
Show custom landmarks - You can create your own point on the Ceph. Click on 'Create', then name your new point and select 'Add'. The new point will then appear in the 'Select Custom Points' section.
Auto Skip - By selecting the checkbox, the corresponding point in the dropdown menu will be highlighted when you click on a point in the Ceph.
Magnifier - The magnifier zooms in on a specific part of the Ceph interface to make details easier to see.
Overlay - you can rotate or edit multiple landmarks simultaneously and move them as a single group.
Sketch - Using the sketch option, you can create custom distance measurements by selecting a line color and clicking the start and end points on the image to mark and measure the line. You can add up to five different custom measurements. The sketch tool also lets you calculate the angle between two lines.
Teeth Scale - Make adjustments exclusively to the teeth scale.
Profilogram - This analysis is accessible through the tracing screen. You can anchor it using either the Sella or Nasion points, aligned with the FH plane or the SN plane.
Make sure to “Save Changes” at the end of the process (on the top left menu).
